Technical Sales Representative (m/f)
As a Technical Sales Representative for TEOL, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of their business in the Croatian market, specifically in Zagreb and Adriatic area. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with their accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales.
- Coordinate sales in Zagreb and Adriatic region.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and monitor competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients, build and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on the company's products/services, industry trends, and technological advancements to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Skillfully negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure the timely execution of contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to the management team.
- Possesses education in a technical field and/or has at least 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales
- Demonstrates proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Exhibits knowledge and understanding of the sales process, combined with expertise in data analysis.
