Key Account Manager (m/f)
The Position
As a Key Account Manager for Haier Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business in the Croatian market. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and other strategic partners.
- Identify business opportunities and generate sales growth by understanding customer needs.
- Implement effective account management strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of key account initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies related to consumer electronics and home appliances.
The Candidate
- Previous experience in the same or similar role within the consumer electronics or home appliances industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Fluency in Croatian and English is required.
- Strong work ethic, hands-on approach, and ability to prioritize.
