The Position

 
We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our professional Payroll Team and support our clients in managing their payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality payroll services to companies across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Process and manage end-to-end payroll for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
•    Calculate wages, bonuses, deductions, and benefits in accordance with legal regulations and company policies.
•    Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
•    Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and documentation.
•    Maintain accurate payroll records and handle client inquiries regarding payroll matters.
•    Collaborate with the client’s HR and finance teams to optimize payroll processes.
•    Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and industry best practices.


The Candidate


•    Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll services, preferably handling payroll for multiple clients.
•    Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions for data analysis and reporting.
•    Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar large ERP systems.
•    Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor legislation.
•    Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in payroll calculations and compliance.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address payroll-related issues.
•    Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team.
•    Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
