With growing demand for product leadership across multiple engagements, the company is strengthening its product management capability and is now looking for a senior professional who will play a key role in shaping product direction and overall delivery excellence.
Position
The Senior Product Manager will lead product direction across several client engagements, from discovery to delivery. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires strong analytical thinking, clear decision-making, and the ability to turn user and business insights into actionable product priorities.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of product management experience, preferably including work in an agency or consulting environment, and a track record of driving meaningful product outcomes. A technical background and experience engaging with users, shaping requirements, and guiding clients through product decisions are strong advantages.
Key responsibilities include:
Product Strategy: Defining product direction and ensuring each engagement has a clear problem space, measurable goals, and a coherent path forward.
User Insight & Discovery: Conducting conversations with users, identifying behavioural patterns, and turning insights into validated product opportunities.
Problem Framing & Prioritisation: Translating business and user needs into structured, actionable requirements and making informed prioritisation decisions.
End-to-End Ownership: Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring product outcomes are delivered with consistency, quality, and alignment to client objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with designers, clients, and internal stakeholders to maintain clarity, momentum, and shared understanding.
Independent Decision-Making: Driving product decisions with confidence and providing direction even when inputs are incomplete or ambiguous.
Consultative Leadership: Guiding clients through product thinking, helping them refine ideas, challenge assumptions, and make strategic choices.
Candidate
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager, working on multiple projects simultaneously, ideally in an agency/consulting environment
Technical background (e.g., engineering) and early career experience in development are an advantage
Experience with user journey maps and wireframes is an advantage
Experience facilitating Product/Design Thinking workshops is an advantage
Proven track record of direct contribution and decision-making influence
Experience collaborating with international clients
Understanding of business models, user behaviour, and product-market fit
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
Ability to speak with users and extract insights quickly
Structured problem-solving skills with strong prioritisation
Strategic, consultative mindset with strong ownership
Proactive, independent, and comfortable operating without detailed instructions
