With state-of-the-art solutions based on automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) technology, the company has grown into a leading provider in the Eastern European region, expanding across Europe, the USA, and other markets. Having already successfully implemented projects in Croatia, the company is now strengthening its local presence and expanding further across the Balkan region.
Position
As Sales Manager for Croatia, you will take full ownership of the company’s sales strategy, revenue growth, and market positioning. Your primary goal will be to generate and close new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with parking operators, real estate developers, and construction companies, and expand the presence of the company’s innovative cardless ANPR-based parking solutions in the market.
This is a key commercial role for a results-driven professional who enjoys developing a market from the ground up, managing the entire sales cycle, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will operate in a project-driven environment, with complex sales cycles and significant potential for impact and career growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and implement the local sales plan in line with the company’s regional goals.
New Business Development: Identify and convert new clients, projects, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with key partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Project Sales: Participate in tenders and influence stakeholders during early project stages to include company solutions.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitors, market trends, and project pipelines to identify new opportunities.
Reporting: Provide regular forecasts, performance updates, and strategic input to the regional management team.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing, and operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Candidate
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
Experience in parking management systems or similar solutions is a strong advantage.
Background in real estate or construction sectors may be considered, though industry-specific experience is preferred.
Higher education in business management or engineering.
Fluency in Croatian and English; other languages are an advantage.
High willingness to travel within Croatia and the wider Balkan region.
Personal qualities: independence, analytical skills, negotiation ability, curiosity, results orientation, and the confidence to develop business from scratch.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
