product strategy and product leadership across multiple client engagements, the company is strengthening its product capabilities and is now seeking a senior professional to play a key role in
defining product strategy, setting direction, and guiding high-level product decisions to ensure clarity, alignment, and long-term product value.
Position
The
Senior Product Manager – Product Strategy will be responsible for defining product strategy and setting clear product direction across several client engagements. This is a senior, strategic, and hands-on role that requires strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to translate business and user insights into clear product direction, priorities, and decision frameworks.
The role operates at the intersection of business, product strategy, and user needs. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business context, clarify objectives, identify underlying needs, and determine what problems should be solved, why, and in which order, before solutions are designed or detailed.
The ideal candidate has
at least 3 years of experience in product management or product strategy roles, gained in
consulting, agency, or complex digital product environments, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking, discovery, problem framing, and client-facing decision-making, rather than technical delivery or design execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product Strategy: Defining product direction and ensuring each engagement has a clear problem space, measurable goals, and a coherent path forward.
- User Insight & Discovery: Conducting conversations with users, identifying behavioural patterns, and turning insights into validated product opportunities.
- Problem Framing & Prioritisation: Translating business and user needs into structured, actionable briefs and priorities for design teams, rather than detailed technical specifications.
- End-to-End Ownership: Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring product outcomes are delivered with consistency, quality, and alignment to client objectives through design collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with designers and clients as primary delivery partners, maintaining clarity, momentum, and shared understanding.
- Independent Decision-Making: Driving product decisions with confidence and providing direction even when inputs are incomplete or ambiguous.
- Consultative Leadership: Guiding clients through product thinking, helping them refine ideas, challenge assumptions, and make strategic choices.
Candidate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Product Management or Product Strategy roles, ideally in consulting, agency, or multi-project environments.
- Strong experience working directly with clients on product strategy, discovery, and decision-making.
- Proven ability to define product direction and priorities, rather than focusing solely on execution.
- Experience collaborating with UX Product Managers and designers, setting direction rather than leading design teams.
- Technical background is an advantage in terms of technical literacy, not delivery ownership.
- Strong understanding of business models, user behaviour, and product-market fit.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Structured, analytical thinker with strong prioritisation skills.
- Strategic, consultative mindset with clear ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
