Position

As a Technical Architect for Exhibit Development, you will play a key role in transforming innovative exhibit concepts into detailed technical documentation that supports production, installation, and global deployment across Museum of Illusions locations worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing detailed technical drawings, construction documentation, and production-ready design packages for museum exhibits.
Translating conceptual ideas developed by the R&D team into technically feasible and manufacturable solutions.
Preparing technical manuals, assembly instructions, specifications, and installation guidelines in English.
Collaborating closely with product designers, engineers, architects, prototyping teams, and quality specialists throughout the development process.
Defining materials, fabrication methods, technical requirements, and assembly details for a wide range of exhibit types.
Identifying technical risks, installation challenges, safety considerations, and potential design constraints early in the development phase.
Ensuring exhibits meet functionality, quality, safety, and operational standards while preserving the intended visitor experience.
Supporting the standardization of exhibits to ensure consistent implementation across Museum of Illusions locations globally.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of technical documentation standards, processes, and best practices within the R&D department.
Providing technical support throughout prototyping, production, testing, and installation phases when required.

The Candidate

Degree in Architecture or a related technical field.
Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
Experience in technical architecture, construction documentation, or technical detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of 3D modelling software.
Experience with Autodesk Fusion, Revit, or BIM is an advantage.
Strong understanding of construction details, materials, fabrication methods, and technical documentation.
Ability to produce accurate, production-ready technical drawings.
Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
Comfortable working in a dynamic R&D environment with multiple projects running simultaneously.
Basic understanding of electrical, lighting, and connectivity requirements.
