Software Delivery Team Lead (m/f)
The Position
• Leading and managing a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and managing their performance.
• Collaborating with the team on the development, deployment, and testing of the software solutions, which encompass legacy apps undergoing refactoring and entirely new software projects.
• Cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the development team.
• Establishing and upkeeping coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies within the team.
• Ensuring adherence to established architectural principles and coding standards to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including QA, infrastructure, and product management, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software projects.
• Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and driving their adoption within the team.
The Candidate
• 5+ years of work experience in development positions, preferably working with JS libraries and frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Exhibiting proficiency in Cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Working knowledge of containerized deployments, such as Docker and /or Kubernetes.
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile development frameworks.
• Demonstrating fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Personal Profile
• Displaying strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proven experience in leading a team of developers is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with others.
