Chief Supply Chain Officer (m/f)

The Position

As the CSCO, the individual will be responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain, overseeing processes from procurement to delivery, to achieve maximum operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The responsibilities of the candidate include:
 

• Process Optimization: analyzing the entire supply chain with the intent of restructuring processes for optimization and increased efficiency. Staying abreast of industry trends and technologies to enhance supply chain effectiveness. Familiarity with distribution networks and managing partnerships with retail chains and other relevant entities.
• Team Management: leading departments such as Category Management, Stock Management, Production, Warehousing, Logistics, and Quality Control.
• Production Management: overseeing production, including dry food packaging, fruit and vegetable packaging, and collaboration with respective coordinators.
• Warehouse and Logistics Management: ensuring proper warehouse and logistics management, including transportation and reverse logistics.
• Quality Control: overseeing high-quality product standards through an efficient quality control system.

The Candidate
 

• Minimum of 10 years of experience, emphasizing successful process optimization in the supply chain, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Experience in change management due to the need for process restructuring to optimize efficiency.
• Strong business skills, with the ability to align departmental goals with overall business and financial objectives.
• High-level IT literacy and excellent proficiency in English.

• Demonstrated ability or strong potential for excellent team leadership and motivation, especially through the optimization and transformation of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills for internal communication, collaboration between sectors, and engagement with external partners.

• Strategic thinking, quick identification of challenges, and the ability to take responsibility and initiative in decision-making, as well as providing suggestions for improvement based on available data.
• Adaptability of personal experiences and knowledge to the specifics of the organization.
